The OMCG CNC20 W10 Rod Bending Machine is an electronic machine with 4 controlled axes, designed for 3D rod bending under an advance-and-bend configuration. It can produce three-dimensional parts starting from coiled material, automatically performing straightening, 3D bending and final cutting, ensuring precision and repeatability even on complex geometries.
This unit has had a full retrofit, including driver replacement and a control change in 2014, plus the installation of a new CNC and EP3 software. It's in perfect working condition, with only 14,770 hours, CE compliant, with a 6-month warranty.
The machine works rod from 3 to 10 mm (R600 N/mm²) and includes a fixed arm with pressure rollers to prevent twisting, ensuring clean, stable bending.
It's supplied with a 1,200 kg motorized OMCG decoiler and a 4FA straightening unit suited to rod from 4 to 10 mm, plus complete tooling for 6 mm rod, ready for immediate production.
