The Cyclomatic 370 is an automatic cut-off machine for straight cutting of light alloys, designed to deliver maximum productivity, precision and ease of use in industrial cutting processes. The machine can be connected to any feeder in the range and features clamp feeding controlled by a brushless motor, ensuring precision and stability during material advance.
It includes a vice clamping system and an anti-burr device, plus optional automatic vice positioning.
Its lightweight L-type head with V-belt transmission allows operation at high speeds between 1,500 and 3,000 rpm. The Cyclomatic 370 features a disc motor with variable speed controlled by inverter, an electronic disc guard and a discharge system with adjustable positions from the control panel.
It can also be fitted with an extraction clamp with CNC-controlled last-cut optimization in the CNP version. Head descent can be carried out via servo motor and ball screw, or in a hydraulic version. The machine offers cutting tolerances of ±0.15 mm and a spray cooling system to improve process quality.
