The PROFILMA 460 is a high-performance compact automatic circular saw designed for precise, automated cutting of aluminium and PVC profiles in intensive production environments. Set up for 400 or 460 mm blades, this machine offers a high level of automation and productivity, making it ideal for continuous multi-shift operations.
Equipped with Siemens S7 control and a touchscreen, it manages the parts counter, displays cycle times and runs detailed error diagnostics. The part-multiplying function allows full profile stacks to be cut in a single cycle, optimizing production times. Its 12 kW continuously variable-speed motor ensures clean, precise cuts, while the motorized blade feed moves diagonally from the top to improve cut quality.
The ball-screw and servo-motor feed system provides high positioning precision for the material. The PROFILMA 460 features six adjustable pneumatic clamps, acoustic protection, a minimum-quantity lubrication system and secure remote access via VPN for maintenance and technical support.
