High-output automatic saw system designed for precise processing of aluminum and PVC profile in high-production industrial settings.
The machine is built for 600 or 650 mm blades and delivers fully automatic operation with high cutting capacity and maximum precision. It features Siemens S7 control with a 7" touchscreen, part counter, cycle time display and error diagnostics for intuitive, efficient operation. The system has secure remote access via an IXON VPN router and functions for bundle processing via a chain quantity/dimension multiplier. The 18.5 kW cutting motor with continuous speed control between 2,000 and 3,100 rpm ensures precise, stable cuts.
The motorized blade advance runs from back to front, and the system features a two-sided widening of the cutting slot to reduce stress on the material. Material feed is via a servo-driven ball screw, allowing feed lengths from 2 to 1,020 mm and minimum cuts from 10 mm.
The system includes six horizontal and vertical pneumatic vices with adjustable pressure, a soundproofed cabin, a minimal-quantity lubrication system and chip extraction. The machine can cut profile up to 205 mm high and 400 mm wide, delivering safety, automation and high productivity in industrial profile cutting.
