RASACUT XS

High-performance automatic saw for cutting small-diameter tube, with automatic feed and up to 5,000 parts per hour.

Description

The RASACUT XS is a high-performance automatic saw for cutting small-diameter tube, designed for high-volume production in the 6 to 50 mm range.
This machine is an efficient alternative to multi-cut or bundle-cut saws, improving cut quality, reducing unit costs and ensuring high precision in part manufacturing. The RASACUT XS is particularly well suited to applications such as brake and fuel lines or visible components like headrest supports. Thanks to its fully automatic processing sequence, the machine significantly reduces cycle times and reaches outputs of up to 5,000 parts per hour.
The system features automatic tube separation and feeding via two independent clamps, minimizing auxiliary times and length changeovers. It can also be expanded modularly into a complete processing center, integrating coil feeding and pick & place systems for automatic part transfer.
The machine offers precise high-speed material feed, low tooling costs and the option of using solid carbide blades, all without a hydraulic system.
