The Transfluid t bend ROBOLINE is a robotic bending technology solution designed for the efficient processing of long, unstable tubes and busbars, even with integrated fittings.
The system combines bending robots with advanced handling technology to perform precise, automated bends on complex geometries and variable production runs.
Thanks to its robotic head with two-sided rotation, the t bend ROBOLINE can bend right and left in a single clamping operation, eliminating additional handling and optimizing process flow. The two-sided bending system reduces vibration in long, thin-walled parts, using automatically integrated clamping devices to ensure stability and precision during work. The range is available in versions for tube from 6 to 18 mm and 6 to 22 mm in diameter.
The solution can be integrated from individual stations up to production cells with multiple robots working in parallel, allowing different tube geometries to be manufactured simultaneously. Thanks to the combination of bending tools and robotic automation, the t bend ROBOLINE reduces setup times and increases production efficiency.
