Operation:
the cutting cycle starts with the start button; the machine
closes the vice and starts the band motor
lowers the frame to make the cut
the frame returns to its starting position
stops the band motor
opens the vice

The machine's core features (blade-holder rigidity, flywheel sizing, band guides, band tensioning) have been carefully engineered to prevent band deflection, increase durability and improve cut linearity and cutting time.
