The RB6 is the most powerful profile bending machine in the range, designed to tackle the most demanding bending jobs on large metal profiles. Equipped with 22 kW of bending power, 70 tonnes of compression force and rugged planetary gear motors, it offers ample power reserves to bend very heavy profiles with precision and efficiency.
One of its main advantages is the variable spacing between side rollers, adjustable from 630 mm to 1230 mm, allowing it to work significantly larger profiles than conventional bending machines with similar specifications can handle.
When working with smaller profiles, the spacing can be reduced to optimize the process and use smaller-diameter rollers. This versatility reduces tooling and setup costs, substantially widening the machine's range of applications.
