The Transfluid t form BOOSTLINE axial end forming machines are designed for axial tube end forming by axial upsetting, allowing complex geometries and high-precision connections to be created without turning, welding or additional joining processes.
The range is available in four machine sizes and lets you select horizontal or vertical processing stages depending on production needs. Thanks to its CNC-controllable servo-electric drives and multi-stage processes with up to 6 forming stations, the t form BOOSTLINE offers maximum flexibility for producing complex tube ends with high dimensional stability and high-quality surfaces.
The system works without generating chips, reducing energy costs and eliminating complex manufacturing processes.
It also features quick tool changeover, automatic recognition via RFID Poka-Yoke system and simple programming from a touch panel, optimizing setup times and minimizing configuration errors. The machines also allow perfect processing of the ends of already-bent tubes thanks to their short clamping lengths.
