The Transfluid t form COMBILINE is a combined machine for axial and rotary tube end forming, designed to integrate multiple processes into a single clamping operation. This all-in-one production center combines t form BOOSTLINE and t form MULTILINE technologies, allowing upsetting, rolling, threading, beveling, smoothing, cutting and expansion operations with maximum precision and efficiency. The machine features servo-electric drives with digital force and stroke control on all axes, ensuring millimeter precision during forming.
The t form COMBILINE can work stainless steel, steel and non-ferrous metals, offering great design freedom for complex tube ends. The system has up to six axial forming stages, one roll-forming station and two electrically driven tool holders for flange orientation, plus an additional clamping element.
Its horizontal clamping system can process bent tube geometries and work with short clamping lengths. It can also feature automatic tool and part recognition via RFID and codes.
