The OMCG TURBOBENDER 2.0 is a CNC rod bending machine with a dual bending head, available in 3 versions for rod from 2 to 8 mm (2D or 3D) and from 3 to 10 mm (3D). The machine is designed for producing symmetrical and asymmetrical components, featuring 2-axis bending servowinders with multi-radius bending.
Its automation system is fully electric and based on genuine CNC control, delivering precision, speed and control throughout production. In addition to OMCG's well-known mechanical reliability and durability, the TURBOBENDER 2.0 features the 3D Easy Programming 4 software with simulation and anti-collision control, shared with OMCG's latest-generation CNC bending machines.
