The VARO PGV is an automatic bending machine for manufacturing wire hooks for coating and painting lines.
The machine works with coil feed and features an AM-15Q uncoiler, enabling automated, continuous production. It's equipped with two bending heads driven by pneumatic cylinders, mounted on a support guide adjustable up to 600 mm in length. The heads include tool carriages for closing rounded or angled ends.
In addition, one of the two heads can rotate 90° to produce three-dimensional parts. Thanks to its configuration, the PGV offers flexibility and precision in manufacturing metal hooks for industrial coating and painting processes.
