The VARO MAS 2 is an automatic machine for producing welded rings, designed to deliver high productivity, ease of use and fast dimensional changeovers. The machine can work a wide range of wire diameters, adapting to medium and high production needs.
Thanks to its static straightening system with high-precision opposing rollers and its encoder-based feed system, the MAS 2 feeds directly from coil, allowing it to run without an operator at the machine.
Butt welding is performed by a unit developed by VARO using advanced, reliable technology, powered by 30 kVA power units and featuring control and part-handling systems. The machine can also incorporate independent units for special jobs, such as stamping presses to create star, “V”, “U” and other specific shapes.
