The RB3 is a high-performance profile bending machine that combines high bending capacity with exceptional flexibility. Equipped with direct high-torque hydraulic drives, each roller is driven individually, eliminating the need for chain transmissions or slipping clutches. This technology ensures maintenance-free operation and protection against overload.
With a bending power of 7.5 kW at the rollers, the RB3 has enough reserve power to bend heavy profiles and achieve the desired radius in a single pass. Thanks to its direct-drive system, deformation and damage to the profile are minimized, delivering superior bending quality and high productivity.
The machine can be adapted to multiple applications with options such as a fourth roller, CNC-controlled side rollers, double rollers or mandrel bending systems.
