The Transfluid compact automated tube manufacturing cell is designed for fully automated tube production in sectors such as renewable energy, heat pumps and domestic hot water systems. This compact production concept offers an excellent price/performance ratio, taking up minimal space while providing great flexibility for manufacturing short tubes.
The system can work copper up to Ø28 mm and stainless steel up to Ø22 mm, with the option to load material from bar or coil. The cell can machine one or both tube ends depending on part geometry and can integrate bending processes with or without a mandrel. It also offers modular expansion, hole drilling on the bending machine depending on the application, and quick tool changes with easy access. Thanks to the use of volatilizing lubricants, the tube doesn't need to be washed after processing, cutting lubricant consumption and optimizing production. The whole system runs on centralized control to improve process efficiency and automation.
