Transfluid's range of tube preparation and assembly equipment includes tube deburring machines, rotary forming machines, electro-hydraulic drives, pre-assembly devices and tube beveling machines designed for machining, forming and preparing hydraulic tube. The electric deburring machines handle internal and external deburring on tube from 6 to 60 mm using durable, removable, re-adjustable cutters.
The rotary forming machines with a rotating head can form tube ends between 37° and 90° with excellent sealing surfaces and short clamping lengths.
The electro-hydraulic systems are designed for pre-assembling cutting rings and flaring, offering precision and ease of use for external assembly work.
The pre-assembly devices feature automatic orientation, pressure detection and digital storage of process data for fast, reliable work in line with DIN 2353. The range is completed with tube beveling machines capable of preparing weld seams at 30° and other angles on request, working wall thicknesses up to 20 mm with no tool change required.
