The Transfluid t form FLARELINE is a tube end forming machine designed for rotary forming of tube ends with maximum surface quality and fully leak-tight connections. The system produces mirror-finish sealing surfaces with no need for further treatment, ensuring stability, durability and safety even in systems subject to dynamic loads.
The machine can work different flaring angles from 37° to 90° and has a compact design ideal for recessed geometries. The t form FLARELINE features full servo-electric control and centralized programming via touch panel, allowing parameters, positioning and machining operations to be adjusted simply and precisely.
The system can run almost fully automatically using parameters pre-defined according to tube diameter and material.
The FLARELINE range also allows quick tool changes and can be integrated into automated production lines to ensure consistent process quality. Semi-automatic solutions are also available for producing ORFS connections via automatic ring feeder.
