Multi-radius bending, full-electric technology. Several radii on the same part, without changing tooling.

Each axis is controlled independently by a servomotor.

It's justified when manual repositioning between bends is a bottleneck in your line.

Buying guide

Do you need a multi-radius bending machine?

Multi-radius bending lets you program several different bend radii on the same tube part, without removing it from the machine or changing tooling between one bend and the next. It’s the option to consider when the final geometry combines straight sections and bends of different radii on a single part.

01

Full-electric technology

The multi-radius bending machines in this catalog run on full-electric drive, with no hydraulic system. This simplifies maintenance — no oil or pump to check — and improves positioning precision, since each axis is controlled independently by a servomotor.

02

When it’s justified over a conventional bending machine

It makes sense when manual repositioning between bends is a bottleneck in your production, or when precision and repeatability between units is a requirement from the end customer. If your part has a single radius, a mandrel or mandrel-less bending machine is usually enough, with a lower initial investment.

03

A technology that’s not yet widespread

Multi-radius bending still isn’t common on the Spanish market, so it’s worth relying on Curvaser’s technical advice to confirm whether your part justifies this investment or whether a conventional solution achieves the same result at a lower cost.
