In response to the need to automatically produce large production batches, VARO has developed the ISA 3D product family: a high-tech, extremely versatile installation suited to producing a wide range of medium/light mesh and grilles.
Available in various configurations, the ISA 3D is designed to accommodate automatic loaders for cross and longitudinal wires, perimeter frames, cutting and/or trimming units, welding units, stamping units and everything the installation needs to produce the item.
The ISA 3D is fitted with modern, simple and intuitive software capable of managing all welding parameters as well as all loader management parameters, directly from the on-board PC.
Thanks to its flexibility — that is, its ability to be quickly reconfigured by installing new dedicated equipment — the ISA 3D ensures high output and, above all, industry-leading quality and production efficiency.
Every ISA 3D project is the result of a thorough analysis of each production stage, so both the machine configuration and the choice of characterizing components are the product of close collaboration between VARO and the buyer. Through information exchange with the customer, VARO's R&D department designs machines that can easily be adapted to other items.
