Robotic cells are VARO's solution for producing parts that require 3D welding and/or special applications that need non-linear welding.
The robotic cell is the most versatile solution available on the resistance-welding market for anyone who needs to continuously produce small/medium batches of extremely varied products.
Rod and/or sheet parts are loaded manually by the operator into one of the two dedicated clamping fixtures.
Once manual loading is complete, the operator gives the manipulator robot the go-ahead to run the automatic welding cycle, carried out using column welding heads fully developed by VARO.
During the welding cycle, the operator loads the second fixture, effectively "hiding" the loading time of the next set of parts.
At the end of the welding cycle, the manipulator robot sets down the fixture so the operator can manually unload the finished part. As soon as the first fixture is released, the robot arm picks up the second fixture and repeats the welding sequence.
This dual-fixture system delivers optimal machine output and minimizes downtime.
VARO has also introduced an extremely intuitive programming system that lets you quickly reconfigure the system for a new requirement.
