FLEXIBILITY BECOMES A MACHINE: THE S2D AR
Designed to meet medium and large production run requirements. It's suited to grid manufacturers and others who need extreme flexibility, simplicity and, above all, productivity.
The main feature that sets this machine apart is its ability to produce:
- 2 identical grids at the same time on the two tables
- 2 different grids at the same time, each table dedicated to one item
- 1 single large grid by joining the tables
Flexibility
The S2D A/R semi-automatic dual-fixture welding machine can produce multiple products with extremely short changeover times — the ideal answer for manufacturers with a wide, varied range of welded products.
The answer to the need for flexibility: fast job changeovers and a wide variety of products that can be manufactured, with high precision and reliability at all times.
VARO also supports its customers by listening to their needs and developing custom solutions to meet their specific requirements.
Speed
Using fixtures, the S2D A/R allows fast, simple product changeovers while always maintaining a high degree of precision and weld quality.
Even in the fully manual version, a single operator can ensure high productivity, since one fixture can be loaded while the other is being welded, enabling a continuous production cycle. The fixture can also be loaded with frames and/or curved parts, making it possible to produce even the most complex items simply, quickly and without long machine setup times.
