SAR, using a "coil-to-coil" system — starting from coils, produces netting and mesh to the customer's specifications. SAR combines the highest finished-product quality with excellent productivity, without ever losing sight of ease and speed of product changeover.
The machine runs an automatic cycle, drawing longitudinal wires from a set of coils, while the cross wires are fed in as pre-cut bars and straightened by an automatic feeder.
Weld pitch, current intensity and the number of parts to produce can all be adjusted from a control panel on the electrical cabinet. Various accessories are available for special panels: double cross-wire loader, side trimmers, and notching units for cutting mesh into several strips or opening windows (for example, slots for cage doors).
