AUTOMATIC AND MANUAL BUTT WELDING MACHINE
For manufacturing and auxiliary processing of rod frames, Varo offers major advantages with its T-welding machines, split between automatic STE welders and semi-automatic STR welders.
On the semi-automatic STR model, automatic feed of the reinforcement wire makes the operator's job easier — they only need to place the frame in a special fixture and unload it once welding is complete.
For double or triple reinforcement, any frame repositioning is done manually against fixed reference points.
Butt welding (T-welding) is carried out simultaneously on both ends with independent pneumatic heads (two transformers), resulting in faster machine cycle times.
On the automatic STE model, by contrast, the process is fully automated, with only the frame loader and rod loader needing to be fed.
