Curvaser, tube bending specialists in Spain, is proud to announce the addition of Transfluid’s advanced DB 2060 CNC RL machine to its product catalog. This equipment, known for its ability to bend tubes up to 70 mm in diameter in both directions, is ideal for high-volume production, guaranteeing exceptional energy efficiency. Curvaser also offers a range of accessories and integration options to adapt to each customer’s specific needs, ensuring smooth implementation and optimal performance.

Powerful, fast and versatile.

With the new T bend CNC mandrel bending machines of the DB 2060-CNC-R/L type, steel, stainless steel and non-ferrous metal tubes can be bent as round tubes or profiles from ø 6 to 70 mm.

These electrically driven bending machines are designed for high-volume production, with efficient energy consumption thanks to cost-effective servo technology. Small and medium wall thicknesses can be processed with perfect bending quality at tight bending radii from 0.8xD.

Special tool-change systems allow fast setup times. A wide range of accessories, such as segment jaws for processing tubes with pre-formed ends, reinforcement for free-form bending, or integrated tube-cutting functions, enable uncompromising bending capabilities. All of it ready for integration into production cells and “Industry 4.0 ready”.
