Curvaser Presents VARO’s New SARG 1800-24 Turbo

VARO’s latest automatic welding machine, the SARG 1800-24 turbo, premiered at WIRE 2024, and Curvaser is pleased to announce this machine is now available to our customers.

The new SARG TURBO combines simple construction and high productivity without giving up the feature that has made the SARG family famous: fast machine setup, which has made SARG a true benchmark in its category.

This new TURBO version of the SARG achieves high production output thanks to a significant increase in welding speed, reaching more than 180 strokes per minute while keeping the same reliability as ever.

SARG is VARO’s family of welding machines designed for producing mesh fencing, modular fence panels, electro-welded panels, notched panels and inline 3D bending. SARG welding machines are automatically fed with pre-cut, pre-straightened wire, and are specially designed for producing perfectly uniform mesh used in commercial fencing, safety netting and grilles. Automatic feeding with pre-cut rods allows the machine to achieve high production capacity and guarantee perfect panel flatness.

SARG can also be equipped with special presses for producing three-dimensional mesh and cutting units that enable immediate production of mesh with custom profiles.
