The OMCG C20W.10 2.0 is the new version of the legendary CNC rod bending machine, designed to work diameters from 3 to 10 mm and flat stock up to 12×4 mm. The machine has 4 axes and up to 3 bend radii, allowing quick setup, fast tool changes and cuts very close to the last bend.
Its automation system is fully electric and based on true CNC, delivering precision and control throughout the production process. The C20W.10 2.0 features the 3D Easy Programming 4 (EP4) software, shared with OMCG's latest-generation CNC bending machines. With EP4, the operator can program parts in a 3D graphic environment, import STEP files, edit parts in real time and create new programs and lists during production.
The main axis functions — speed, acceleration and deceleration — are also adjustable during setup, programming and production.
