Manual and CNC rod bending machines. For plain and ribbed rebar at any volume.

Manual, semi-automatic, automatic or numerically controlled.

Ribbed rebar requires more bending force than plain rebar of the same diameter.

Buying guide

Which rod bending machine do you need?

The rod bending machine applies one or several bends to the part following a defined geometry, starting from plain or ribbed rebar. The choice depends on the number of bends per part, the complexity of the geometry, and the production volume per shift you need to sustain.

01

Manual, semi-automatic, automatic or CNC

A manual bending machine requires the operator to position and trigger each bend; the semi-automatic version automates part of the cycle; the automatic version chains several bends without intervention between them. The CNC bending machine programs the full sequence, which lets you repeat complex geometries with constant precision between parts, without depending on the operator’s skill on each unit.

02

Plain or ribbed rebar

Ribbed rebar requires more bending force than plain rebar of the same diameter. Confirm that the equipment is sized for the type of steel you work with regularly, not just for the maximum diameter listed in the spec sheet.

Catalog brands

The catalog includes equipment from OMCG and VARO across different diameter ranges and automation levels, suited for both workshop and series production. On automatic and CNC equipment, bend precision depends on tooling adjustment and machine control.
