High-output automatic lines. Feeding, processing and evacuation under centralized control.

Designed to sustain high, constant volume per shift.

Line complexity must match your real pace, not the theoretical maximum.

Buying guide

Which automatic line do you need?

An automatic line integrates tube or profile feeding, one or several process operations and finished-part evacuation into a single system, all under centralized control. It’s designed for high-pace production with minimal manual intervention between stations, keeping the part within tolerance repeatably.

01

High-output range

Curvaser distributes high-output automatic lines, from brands such as AMI, RSA and Transfluid, aimed at workshops that need to sustain a high, constant volume per shift, with the part within tolerance repeatably.

02

Target pace, not maximum pace

Line complexity must match the real production volume, not the equipment’s theoretical maximum. A line highly specialized in a single geometry reaches higher paces; a line with more reference-change flexibility adapts better to production with several series per month.

03

Full line or standalone stations?

If your part mix is varied and doesn’t yet justify an integrated line, consider the automatic systems families separately, or check with the technical department which degree of integration fits your current production. Many lines are rolled out in phases, starting with the operation that most limits production today.
